Mike with Kasie Cavanaugh July 2005
I knocked at the door & Kasie
answered it in a camisole. I was pleased by her overall look. I have seen
many photos and a couple of videos of her and the camera does not do her
justice. She is beautiful & feminine. Her skin had a nice glow to it.
As we walked into the center of the room, she removed the camisole with one
motion. Underneath was one of the most incredible bodies I have ever seen
covered with a bikini that only covered the most private parts. We moved to
the middle of the room and my jaw dropped at the sheer awesomeness of the
sight. She was close to contest shape, but still huge. Huge, ripped and
feminine--really close to the most perfect body I have ever seen. And I
have wrestled a number of women over the past fifteen years or so. (Laura
Vukov may have been the best looking ever, but I doubt she even wrestles
anymore.)
I like to wrestle semi-competitively. What I like the most is to try my
hardest and still lose. I'm about 5'10" and weigh about 208 lbs. It's not
a hard 208 lbs. If I were in shape, I would probably weigh about 180 or 185
lbs. In many semi-competitive matches I win most or at least one. I did
not win a single fall
against Kasie. I did get in a couple of good holds, but one of three things
happened. 1) She broke the hold with her massive strength. After all,
we're
talking about a woman whose website says she bench presses 265 lbs. Think
about it. Two 45-lb. disks on a 45-lb. bar is 225 lbs. Add 4 more ten lb.
plates
(two to each side) and you understand the kind of strength I
encountered--sheer brute physical strength. The second thing that happened
is she countered and I
had to let go because another part of my body was overwhelmed. The other
way she rendered the holds ineffective was just by waiting until my stamina
went
out. After a few falls, all of which I lost, I was exhausted and
breathless. Kasie was just getting warmed up.
I like to mix a session up, so we did some lifts and
carries. One of my favorites is to lie on the girl's back and have her do
push ups. Very few women can do this. Even Karla Nelson backed off from
this. Kasie did about eight or ten push ups. Remember, I weigh 208 lbs.
While she did the push ups, I felt her triceps. It was like feeling steel
cables. She was ripped. She squatted me while I reached down to touch her
flexing thighs. She cradled me in her arms while I felt her bulging
biceps. She also had a hold where I was hanging down her back and had a
great view of
her glutes, hamstrings, and calves as she squatted and did some calf raises.
We wrestled some more. I thought I might have a little advantage as she had
been doing the work during the lifts and carries as I rested. I was even
less effective this time around. Her manhandled me into easy pins and
submissions. I tried my best, but to no avail.
I took another break and felt her muscles. Maybe the best way to describe
them is part by part. Her calves were muscular and feminine. Beauty and
poetry. Her
thighs and hamstrings were big and strong and hard. I liked it when she
wiggled them relaxed and then flexed. Even relaxed, you can bask in the
quiet strength. Then they explode in might and power. No wonder I had no
chance wrestling. Her glutes are the best I have ever seen. They are like
two chiseled rocks that follow her. The ladies women lose that womanly
roundness. Not Kasie. I have trouble even thinking of whose glutes were
second best. Maybe Th-resa Bostick.
And now I would like to move from one of the best lower bodies to the upper
body. Her abs were ripped as she was only about three weeks from a
content. I
was a little disappointed in her back. It was actually very good, but it
was not the sheer awesomeness you expected. She had a nice lat spread.
But her back did not blow me away like the rest of her body. I also found
her chest to only be good. With
as much strength as her chest exudes, I would expect the pecs to grow more
when she does a side chest pose or when she pushed her hands together. Her
chest is
strong and its hard. There is no question about that. It just does not get
huge.
Now Kasie's shoulders other hand are greatness personified. They are among
the best I have ever seen. I don't think she knows how awe-inspiring her
shoulders are. She was surprised by how much attention I paid to them. It
is like she is wearing
shoulder pads. You would think she needs to turn sideways to enter a room.
Not only are they big--they are HARD. It would have been worth it to have
spent
the whole session focused on her shoulders. They are that good. Who cares
if her back is not ripped or if her chest does not bulge to humongous
proportions. Her shoulders are piled so high, they boggle your mind. I sat
on them and I could still see them.
I felt Kasie's biceps while she was cradling me and I felt them again
watching her flex. Her biceps exploded. They are over 16 inches in
circumference. Of course, part of that sixteen plus inches are the
triceps. Horseshoes, steel cables, purely heroic. My hands explored the
deep crevices of the biceps and triceps like a rock climber explores
Yosemite Valley. Still, I'm not sure her upper arms could even compare
to her forearms. I think her forearms may have been the best I've ever
seen. I know I am saying that a lot, but she is that good. As she moved
her fist back
and forth and side to side, her forearm exploded in every direction.
Kasie's forearms may have been bigger than my upper arms. Kasie does not
like to arm
wrestle, but I wish I could have felt the rippling muscle power of her
forearms (and biceps) in an armwrestling match. I don't think I could have
been competitive, but just to feel that much arm strength would be
unforgettable. I might not have been able to
win with both hands.
In addition to her strength and beauty, Kasie is bright and pleasant to talk
to. She is one of the best out there. I'm sure I'll have to compare every
other woman I wrestle with Kasie. She really is the total package with
looks. strength, wrestling ability,
and personality. I hope I'll have the opportunity to have another session
with her.
